A neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) therapist and life coach based in Edinburgh who will help you feel human again.
Before I was a therapist, I struggled with anxiety, addiction and depression. And things got so bad I had a nervous breakdown that led to me almost ending my life. So, I know how it feels when your mental health is so poor, you tell yourself nothing will ever get better.
I had to crawl on my hands and knees to therapy, but when I did, I experienced the joy of recovery — and I want you to feel it too.
