Keep the Learning Burning – website content
I consulted on the full content design overhaul for an outdoor business coaching company, focusing on both the structural and brand transformation. I developed a distinctive tone of voice that aligned with the company’s ethos and created a cohesive brand DNA that captured its unique approach. After an initial audit, I downloaded the background story and USP of the product being offered and sought science and testimonials to back up the message. This led to a powerful, science-backed narrative from end-to-end that linked the client experience and emotive benefits with factual and SDI-led examples that reassured would-be clients seeking business coaching for their teams. There were multiple stakeholders and user journeys to consider. In addition to advising on the website’s redesign, I rewrote all content to ensure it was engaging, clear, and aligned with the newly defined brand identity, which I helped shape. This transformation resulted in a compelling online presence that better communicated the company’s mission and services while enhancing the overall user experience.
