As the UK starts to emerge from the Covid-19 lockdown, inevitably there will be many changes that impact on how merchants will trade for a generation. This will ultimately mean that some organisations, that do not adjust to change, will get left behind.

What we would like to achieve in this proposal and a future agreement is to give the XXX members the greatest opportunity to ‘survive and thrive’ by utilising our bespoke and sector-expert support programmes.
