Join us on July 17th from 12-1pm to chat about storytelling.
What does it mean to us as copywriters? What are clients really expecting when they say they want more of it? And should we (dare we) add “Storyteller” to our LinkedIn bios?
Led by creative consultant, trainer and journalist, Lucinda Everett, we’ll get stuck into these questions and others, dissect and practise techniques from storytelling greats, and share our own tips, learnings and, of course, stories.
Bio
Lucinda has been in the word-nerd game for 17 years. She’s run marketing departments and been a commissioning editor and writer at The Telegraph. But for the last 10 years she’s been happily freelance. Her favourite journalism gig these days is reviewing theatre. And on the brand-language side, she writes and edits copy, develops tones of voice and messaging, and designs and runs training about words (and sometimes wellbeing). Working solo or with long-time agency friends, she’s helped brands across all sectors, including HSBC, Unilever, Aviva, Paddy Power, Virgin Active and Dishoom.
