Creative Head – Live Events £70k-75k We are seeking a dynamic creative leader for our client based in London. Someone who possesses a strong grasp of the creative process, storytelling, design, and production.

This individual should also bring exceptional leadership and management capabilities to guide and inspire their team. Creative Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team, overseeing creatives, designers, strategists, and copywriters to deliver outstanding work.

Develop and refine the creative process, continually evaluating it to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other heads of departments to maximize efficiency across the agency.

Support creative teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the right team members are in place to drive the creative process. Regularly audit and refine internal creative tools and templates, ensuring they are updated and shared effectively across teams.

Demonstrate crisis management skills by knowing when and how to intervene, providing necessary support for the team. Promote positive onsite working practices, encouraging projects that offer opportunities for team growth and learning throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Development: Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Directors to nurture the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring projects are seen through to completion. Manage team development processes by gathering feedback and identifying growth opportunities for individual team members.

Develop and implement a training plan that encourages skill development across the department, creating a culture of knowledge sharing. Hold bi-weekly check-ins with department members to monitor progress and address any concerns.

Resource Management: Oversee the internal creative team’s budget, identifying areas for growth and addressing resource gaps. Maintain an oversight of project budgets, ensuring they are planned and managed effectively.

Participate in recruitment processes for creative roles, working alongside the Creative Resource Manager to identify and onboard new talent.
