• UX website strategy – guidance on what pages are needed, what the flow of each page and the entire website should look like, and what key information is needed and where.
• SEO keyword research and on-page optimisation – to help people find you on Google.
• Research summary – delivered at projection completion to help you in shaping your marketing strategy (you’ll have ready-to-use snippets of copy to use in social media captions).
• 6 pages of website copy – e.g. Home, About, 1-3 Services pages, Contact, Portfolio (strategy stage will determine the exact needs for your business).
• SEO optimised title tags and meta descriptions – to help people click through to you in the search results.
• Fully formatted copy wireframe to guide your website designer with design and layout for each page – you’ll get clear information about where headings, lists, buttons etc go.
• One page mocked up as a web page (PDF) – to allow you to see the flow of information and visualise how the words can come to life on your website.
• Support to help you provide me with effective feedback – you’ll get detailed notes to help you understand the wireframed copy, a support document with examples of ‘copy in design’, and a guided ‘walk through’ call of the copy after the first draft is written.
• 2 rounds of amendments – to ensure you are 100% happy.
• Support during the website build / design stage – I’ll liaise with your website designer so that they can speak to me if there are queries or if tweaks are needed during the website build and copy input process. I’ll review your site from a UX perspective before it goes live.
