I’m a copywriter, editor and consultant who specialises in helping brands to make an impact and build deeper relationships with their audiences.

Formerly Editor-in-Chief at Which?, where I led the editorial and creative team. From product redesigns and campaigns, to social video and newsletters, we achieved step-change results for the business, and for consumers, and we regularly won awards for our high-impact work.

I don’t do this in a box. I collaborate widely to build a vision that inspires people to do their best work. I make it my job to establish what others want, and how we will measure success. While words are my currency, I have a good head for the numbers that matter. And I’m used to being accountable for these – whether to my clients, colleagues, or the board.
