With over twenty years’ experience working in an online environment, I've been involved in running the web front end of several major organisations such as Dell, T-Mobile and Vodafone, and have years of experience in dealing with and understanding the needs of senior stakeholders. I have very solid ecommerce experience and understands the commercial drivers behind running large-scale B2C and B2B operations.
